Our business partner for Australian deliveries is Australia Post*. If you click on the Australia Post logo above this will take you to their web site where you can find out more about them.

We have chosen to use Australia Post because they offer the most cost effective and wide covering domestic parcel delivery service in Australia.

We will send your purchase using Australia Post Express Post Parcel Service and in most cases will deliver to your door. Face to face delivery is our preferred option, so we suggest that you specify a delivery address where you, or someone else, will be available to accept the delivery.

If you have special delivery arrangements please specify them at time of order.

Generally you can expect to receive your purchase within 5 to 10 working days from date of order. Some delays may occur due to stock shortages or unforseen circumstances. We will keep you informed via e-mail if delays are experienced. Our aim is to deliver in the shortest possible time.

*For parcel exceeding 1050mm in length delivery using an alternative courier will be used.
